Murphy Bay B&B, a spacious, modern state of the art residence is located near Ocean, Marina, Hospital and lively Downtown Comox(somehow this region compares to famous Oak Bay,Victoria - Capital of British Columbia), all within easy walking distance. Directions to our first class Comox B&B are easy. From the airport exit right onto Knight, turn left(south) onto Anderton. This will take you to Comox Downtown. Right on Comox Ave, left on Beach Dr and right on Murphy. You made it and it only took 10 minutes.
Our air-conditioned premises are comprised of entry, main and Penthouse levels.
The Gardenia Room Penthouse suite delights the visitor with elegance, comfort, privacy, unexcelled Comox Bay ocean and mountain views and affords King Bed, TV, DVD(take along your favorite movie or we'll help you with our small DVD collection), High Speed Internet by way of wireless router and a mini fridge containing a variety of refreshments.
The Garden Suite is located at the entry level and features its own entertainment system, elegant leather seating, Queen Bed, mini fridge and high speed Internet.
Your hosts Rosalia(her fascination with the culinary art has been known to drift beyond the ordinary), originally from Veracruz-Mexico and Birger, from Hamburg-Germany will be able to help you in either language.
Both have enjoyed a lengthy stay in Fort McMurray, Alberta(20 yrs) and Victoria BC(17 yrs) before discovering the beauty of the Comox Valley.

Cancellation Policy:
Please let us know as soon as possible if your arrival has been delayed or cancelled. Sometimes it is unavoidable in that case our policy is: five days prior to date of arrival high season, or three days low season, no charge. Thereafter the late cancellation charge is for one night's accommodation.
